inspections by the supervision staff on the project
 Testing of all aggregates, cement, ready mixed and precast concrete, asphalt and
compactions on earthworks and backfills. Inspection and filing of all quality certificates
of raw materials.
 Authority to reject materials or workmanship, which does not meet project specification
or requirements of, approved method statements.
 Authority to stop work, if appropriate, on the project or any portion of the contract as
necessary until the required corrective actions are done .
 Ensure sufficient personnel to cover all sites activities and all aspects of the work to
ensure the quality of work to be performed according to contract Specifications.
 Follow up on non conformances and customer complaints and ensure timely closure
 Review mix-designs and current production practices that adversely affect quality
