I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all those who provided my

possibility to complete my 4 years degree course. To our almighty God for his

unconditional love and for all the blessing he is showering upon each day of my life.

To my parents, especially for my mother for her unending love, support and for

her patience and understanding during we have a project and overnight task. For being

there for no matter what even since I was high school until now she is suffered the illness

but never come her mind to stop my study. To my father even he is already gone I would

like to thankful also him because he push me to enter in college life. And my ever

supportive uncle for he was providing all of my needs financially and morally. Without

him I think, I can’t finish my study in college. So that I’m very thankful to him

To the University of Antique where I am continuously growing as Bachelor of

Science in Entrepreneurship and to Mrs. Ida T. Suico the Dean of College of Business

and Accountancy, a great thank for giving us the opportunity to be educated without

spending too much. And all members of the faculty and staffs of the University of

Antique especially to Mrs. Yolanda T. Garcesa who one recommend us in our On Job

Training host company and also to our ever supportive, hardworking, warmhearted and

benevolent instructor Mrs. Evelyn F. Corvera who act like a mother to us. I thank them

for sharing their wisdom with us we grew in our stature and confidence as real

entrepreneur.

To the Ifilneur Realty Solutions family, for having them as a part of my On Job

Training. For all their advices and everything that they taught, during I stay with them

To my classmates, friends for the happiness and for being there to support and to

comfort, I thank for the friendship and teamwork and for being my companion whom I

can share my laughter and sorrows.

And finally, I graduate on with a degree in Bachelor of Science in

Entrepreneurship in the University of Antique and my Diploma that I could be claim is
