Bobby Seale is an African-American Civil Rights Activist, whom co-founded The Black
Panther Party (BPP). Mr. Seale was known for his political radicalism swaying from the
nonviolent protesting techniques. Instead, during rallies within the communities, he sermonized
the Militant Black Empowerment doctrine. In the year of 1966, Mr. Seale co-founded The Black
Panther along with Huey P. Newton. Both created the ten-point program, their objective was for
the African American to create their own destiny within their own African community according
to Black Past website (1)” and “fighting police brutality against blacks” stated CBS (2). In
addition, the BPP ran more than 60 programs such as; Free Food, clothing and shoes, SAFE
which entailed the safety of senior citizens from robbery, and Free breakfast as well. Mr. Seale
