at distance education, direct action (as public art) and a social-driven projects.
Also, 0,29 is looking to collaborate in projects along groups with different back-
grounds and interests, expanding our field-of-work and operative capabilities.

During the last two years, 0,29 has participated of differet activities such as
a worgroup called “Activism beyond citizenship and State” at the VII Encuentro
Hemisférico 2009, organized by the Hemispheric Institute of Performance and
Politics from New York University and the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, in
August of 2009; besides a wokshop was developed: Tactical use of media and
civil disobedience, as part of the “Experimenta Colombia” media arts festival,

the elaboration of new “working tools” that respond to the
specific needs of each context, starting by using every day

Translated as Collective Self-teaching
Programs , this 0,29 project explores the possibilities of pro-
posals that understand collective teaching/learning as work-
shop model. In this sense, the CSP (or PAC as in Spanish) are
understood as an alternative to traditional academic postures;
on them, collective and reflexive knowledge building is pro-
moted on every subject of study. A CSP offers a base content
that can be modified or placed on discussion by the other users
of the program, stimulating a critical approach to the subjects
of each Program, at the same time that motivates networking.
Reading materials and different prints, visual and conceptual
references and audiovisual content, support each session. The
content of each CSP and other support materials are developed
by 0,29 under a Open Source-type license. Therefore, readings
and others materials under restriction policies may have suf-
fered different transformations in order to create a “free of
charge” policy in response to (many) copyright laws.
