Greetings from LV Transport Services and Tagbilaran Sea-Air Tours & Travel!

Please accept this letter as a request for a time extension to implement the new rate of
P550.00 per person for the Loboc River Cruise & Floating Restaurant. The reason of
which is that we, travel agency and tourist transport provider, were not informed ahead
of time as to the sudden change of the rate. We need ample time for us to make some
adjustments in our In-House Rates and Contracted/Published Rates for Countryside Tour
Package/Loboc River Cruise for our clients like hotels/resorts, e.g. The Bellevue Resort,
and other travel agencies attached to our Company. The drafting and approval of the
new tariff for the hotels/resorts/travel agencies incorporating the new rates will take
time hence, sudden change will create a bigger impact to our clients if we will
implement it now based on your new rate.

Under the above circumstance, we would request for an extension of time probably by
January 2018. We hope you would grant our request in order to ensure fair
implementation of the said matter and for the betterment of the tourism industry in our
province.
