in ethnicity there are different practices and traditions when it comes to ethnicity of Ibaloi,
Bontoc, Ifugao, Tagalog, Kalinga, Kankana-ey, Kalanguya and Ilocano like for example In Kalinga
and Bontoc with the use of brittle nut. In the presence of a family members with cardiovascular
