» Maximum Slack off weight with SpinCat = 1500 lbs

» Slack off weight while start RIH from surface will not be able to observed, this is mandatory to start RIH in IH high gear and possible slow speed, same practice when pass restrictions or tag
TD.
» Maximum pressure cycles during Stimulation job on same depth = 3 each (1 cycle means RIH and POOH e.g. start depth 100 & end depth 500 ft RIH 100 to 500 and pooh back to 100 ft = 1 cycle)
» Supervisor/Engineer must check/inspect Goose neck alignment with injector as well as CTU alignment with well specially on rig operations.
» During discussion of any job the Tech Engineer must thorouly go through completion diagram/well schematic and well environment to minimize hazards of CT string damage.
» Field Engineer/Supervisor/Operator should get all information from technical engineer related to running CT, Well diagram is mandatory in control cab during CT RIH
» Field Engineer/Supervisor ensure proper concentration of corrosion inhibitor, inhibitor aid and H2S inhibitor according to well conditions has been added before proceeding job.
» Simulation results must be presented with field engineer and supervisor for milling operations, fatigue pre/post must be considered for milling/multiple pressure cycles jobs
» All proposals to be made as post flushing with soda ash is mentioned and implemented on each through CT acid treatment, job tickets must indicate the flushing of CT.
» 100 ft CT must be cut incase running CT string at same depth where we have already run with pressure cycles, this is not mandatory to cut CT on each job unnecessarily.
» Pull tests during RIH to be done at different depths each time.
» CT string must be lubricated during POOH, It must be covered as well to protect from moisture and weather effects.
» All CT strings are being stored in base must be purged with N2 purging skid, inlet/outlet should be plugged.

Note: Deviation on above limits/specifications will require Approval
