Narrative Description of How You Will Plan

Personal Security and Travel Tips for Employees
Working Overseas
I am building the website for business to use to train
their employees who are working or will be working
overseas.
I plan on using Wix to create my webpage
My audience will be employees who are either
preparing or are working overseas for a commercial
firm. Currently the audience does not have any
special requirement, however I could see the site
evolve to cover employees that use English as a
second language.
The purpose of the website is to give the audience
tips and ideas to increase their personal security
while working overseas, give the audience resources
for finding information about travel advisories or
emergency situations, and considerations when
using the internet overseas.
Some users will be using the website via a Virtual
Private Network (VPN) like Express VPN. Another
possible consideration is that internet capabilities
overseas may be limited or slow compared to using
it in the states. A way to counter slow internet may

I foresee that the website would be used for a few
days during an employee orientation. I foresee that
the website will contain in house design training via
possible videos or slides and links to government
travel sites like the US State Department.
Updates to the website should occur whenever there
are emergency situations in areas where employees
will be working or major changes in travel
requirements such as the ongoing issues with the
Gulf Cooperation Council and Qatar. Stakeholders
will have access to the site and onboarding and
orientation leaders will conduct reviews of the
webpage prior to sessions and provide any change
recommendations.
