NILOS 35
NILOS 35 rubber lining is a highly wear resistant and highly elastic rubber lining product
which is most commonly used in the following applications:

• Slurry handling situations.

• Lining of slurry, chutes, pumps, pipes, flotation cells, tanks, launders and hydro cyclones.
• Lining of excavator buckets to help prevent the caking of clay.
• Lining of chute and discharge hoses for ready-mixed concrete and in the sand and
gravel industry.

NILOS 35 rubber lining is available with Plain, Tear-Off Fabric or Bonding Layer backing
for extra adhesion.

NILOS 40
NILOS 40 rubber lining provides an excellent combination of wear resistance, high tensile
strength and very good elasticity properties. It is commonly used for:

• Lining for coal processing situations.

• Lining to assist against abrasion, impact and caking.
• As rubber lagging for non-driven pulleys (i.e. tail pulleys).

NILOS 40 rubber lining is available with Plain, Tear-Off Fabric or Bonding Layer backing
for extra adhesion.

NILOS 50

NILOS 50 rubber lining provides very good abrasion and wear resistance in wet appli-
cations. NILOS 50 also has a high resistance to cutting. It is almost commonly used for:

• Wet applications.
• Lining of tanks, chutes and discharge hoppers for round grains.
• As rubber lagging for non-driven pulleys (i.e. tail pulleys) in situations with low belt
traction (assists against caking).

NILOS 50 rubber lining is available with Plain, Tear-Off Fabric or Bonding Layer backing
for extra adhesion.

NILOS 60

NILOS 60 rubber lining provides excellent wear resistance in areas of dry abrasion and
impact. NILOS 60 also provides excellent resistance to weather conditions. It is most
commonly used for:

• Lining for vibration chutes, material transfer points and impact curtains.
• Lining of slides, silos, bunkers as well as truck bodies and filtering buckets.
• Lagging for non-driven pulleys (i.e. tail pulleys) in situations with moderate to high
belt traction.

NILOS 60 rubber lining is available with Plain, Tear-Off Fabric or Bonding Layer backing
for extra adhesion.

NILOS 70 rubber lining is best suited for situations where high-level wear and abrasion
resistance, high tensile strength as well as high weather resistance is necessary.

It is most commonly used for:

• Lining for material transfer points, impact curtains, truck bodies and vibrating
conveyors.
• Lining of chutes, slides and bunkers.
• Cold repairing the surface of conveyor belts.
• Lagging for non-driven pulleys (i.e. tail pulleys) in situations with moderate to high
belt traction.

NILOS 70 rubber lining is available with Plain, Tear-Off Fabric or Bonding Layer backing for
extra adhesion.
