Absolute safety rules
Always wear seat belts during the travel or driving.

Always use suitable PPEs, a safety harness must be attached when
working at height
Never work under the influence of alcohol and drugs
Never exceed the speed limits prescribed
Never use a mobile phone while driving
Do not carry out the work on electrical installations if you are not
qualified
Wear helmet while driving two wheeler/scooter/cycle

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Personal safety – work at height
 The high operational personnel should have a relevant certificate, in

good condition, requiring no fear of height;
 The day before or the day of drinking wine, do not do climb
operations;
 It is forbidden to operate in harsh environmental conditions;
 External wall operations must have security measures
(such as insurance rope, etc.)
 Operators should wear a safety rope, clothing tight,
rubber shoes, tools into the tool bag;
 To move to height, all the items must be tied to a good
fixed, so as not to fall to hurt people, damaged items;
 During the climbing operation, the ground part of the
operating area should be protected against the work
(wearing helmets) or all evacuation and enclosure
isolation measures.

Personal safety - tools used

 Use the appropriate tool during the installation process, the tool status is normal, the correct use of tools
 Equipment installation process requires the use of electric drill, electric saw, knives and other sharp tools
must be strictly in accordance with the instructions of the operation of the tool;
 Dangerous areas must have a dedicated safety work tool.

Equipment property safety - equipment safety

The construction process does not prevent the customer’s equipments of the normal
work, do not crash, stampede or squeeze the customer's equipment and cables;

General operating safety requirements - others
 It is forbidden to stack tools, materials and people on the battery pack

 It is forbidden to plug in the socket directly with bare cable during construction
 It is forbidden to smoke in the engine room, warehouse
 It is strictly forbidden to disassemble the power cord and bring flammable and explosive liquids
and gases
 Construction site must have a security officer, generally is the construction team leader
 In the event of a safety incident, the construction team must report to the project team.

Site Safety Checklist

GENERAL SEFETY CHECK POINTS
1. Are all operators trained, competent and over 18 years old?
2. Are workers using their safety helmets where necessary?
3. Whether eye protection is followed where necessary such as welding and drilling.
4. Are safety Harnesses available? Are they being used?
5. Are protective gloves available?
6. Are workers wearing safety boots and suitable clothing?
7. Has safe access been provided?
8. Have all openings in roof been securely covered or fenced?
9. Does the electrical extension cord come with a certified circuit breaker?
10. Is proper access provided to the working platform?
11. Are first-aid boxes provided?
12. Is working area free of hazards like high tension electrical lines, forest, buildings in the neighbourhood?
13. Is the site properly fenced /barricaded to prevent access to public where necessary?
14. Do employees wear their proper PPE (helmet, safety shoes, and parachute type safety harness?

3，Highlights of Quality Issue Prevention

3.1, Waterproof of AISG connectors
AISG connectors will have extremely high failure rate if the waterproofing is
poor(left). A particular picture must be taken while doing quality self check.
Do waterproof for AISG first, then other connectors !

3.1, Waterproof of AISG connectors

2. Apply three-layer waterproof putty
1. Apply one-layer insulating tape for connector for connector 3. Apply three-layer
insulating tape for
connector
1. Firstly wrap the insulating tape from the bottom upward. one-layer insulating tape around the connector
with 50% overlapping, at least 10 mm tape is reserved at the tail of the connector.
2. Secondly wrap the waterproof putty from the bottom upward. Stretch the waterproof tape two times as
long as its original length. Use about 50 cm waterproof putty for each connector. After that ,wrap from the
top downward, finally wrap from the bottom upward again. Therefore, 3 layers of waterproof tape are
required.
3. Insulating tape around the connector in the same way as the waterproof tape, with 50% overlapping. an
excess length of 10 mm ultraviolet-proof tape is reserved at the tail of the waterproof tape.
4. Using black cable ties bind, Cut off the excess cable to avoid loosened, reserve an excess length of 3 mm on

4，Quality Assurance System

4.1，Demonstration site construction
Three Key points purpose:

1. Emerge the quality standards by the demonstration site，avoid the quality dispute
which caused by the misunderstanding of the paper standards；
2. By the PAT of the demonstration site，make clear the acceptance of the bottom line
and the PAT points which clients concerned.
3. By organizing the sub-contractors and site engineers to visit the demonstration site, to
unify the construction standards, which can be the model of the future mass sites
construction.
Notice：
1. Usually make the first site of each sub-contractor to be the demonstration site.
2. Quality manager makes the demonstration site picture book and passes to everyone in
project and PM of sub-contractors.

4.4，Quality issue management

5.1、Common quality standards

middle. The redundant length should be
cut out without coil.

•The labels should be labeled fixedly, smoothly,
