Thanks to its international representation and to the strength in witnessing ideals of peace, brotherhood and youth, the World Youth Orchestra has obtained support from many personalities of pre-eminent world institutions: the Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, the President of the European Union, the Secretary General of the European Council. The young musicians of the World Youth Orchestra, representing the five continents, embody these ideals, bringing a new message of brotherhood to the world.
