Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

I think security, variety and money does a good job for my motivation. Mainly he
security is very important and more in oneself to be able to do things right. I don´t
like a badly paid job, a job which does not remunerate what people do and the
variety does not makes it less boring and makes it different and interesting.

The recognition, lifestyle and Relationships they pass to a the second plane but it
does not mean that they are not important, they are also, they describe what I am
in my job, my habits, hobbies, and how I relate to people. In my work is very
important interpersonal relationships and my work in group.
The Independence and interest they make a good team, independence is
important when knowing how to behave with oneself to start with others and the
interest to do what is done in everything to make it better.

I don't Like the Challenges nor competition. It seems to me that they damage the
coexistence because the majority of times to be "the best"begins ambition and
envy and make a boring job.
