Event Comment
This event will delay the project because ,these instructions from the client to hold excavation is after the
planned date of Excavation.
Reference to the approved project time schedule ,this event will delay the project start from (10-March
2012) to (20-March 2012)
This event will delay the project because it will take several months to procure these pumps as they will be
imported.
Reference to the approved project time schedule this event will delay the project , because the consultant
late response with 27 delays days .Response date (12-May 2012) instead of (15-Apr-2012) this will delay the
whole process of procurement and executing of these fixtures.
Reference to the approved project time schedule this event will delay the project , because any delay in
Utilities availability will delay the "Testing & Commissioning" Work Package .Also Utilities availability was
planned to start on (21-Mar-2013) not (1-July-2013).
Reference to the approved project time schedule this event will delay the project because , Safe Door has a
Milestone with fixed date on the baseline schedule. The client delayed this date by (60) days
The actual condition of the underground water differs from the contractual foundation report therefore the
contractor has the right to claim for time and money.
Reference to the approved project time schedule this event will delay the project because ,the contractor
raised the problem before the activity planned start date, however, the consultant late reply (after 8
months) will cause rework for the contractor.
changing the door from local to imported will take longer time to procure which give the right contractor to
claim EOT.

instructed the contractor to change the installation method after starting the activity. This instruction will
hold the work until submitting new method statement, procure the material and remove the fixed marble

requested to change the color code on "15-Mar-2013" and the contactor painting material procurement
finish date "20-Oct-2012" , So the contactor has right to claim about the time needed for new material
procurement.
