Ways to reinforce the family bond

“Family bonds are a central feature of most of our lives” (Wyse and
Hawtin,2000).Family is a gift that last forever. The love of a family is life’s
greatest blessing.Family is the source of true love and joy.Every
member of the family needs the unconditional support from family
relationships.Family relationship that contain trust, respect, love and
understanding are the foundation for a healthy family relationship.A
strong family relationship can be build when it comes together and share
positive experiences.Positive emotions should be always there as a
family goal. Eventhough nowdays the bond between family members
has decreased radically. How to create a strong happy family?Spending
time together , tolerance and practising healthy communication are able
to reinforce the family bond.

First and foremost, making time for each other is one of the priorities.
When was the last time they enjoyed being in the outdoors with your
family members? Is it longer ago than you would have thought? The
truth is, it can be difficult to set aside time to play together outdoors as a
family. They should find the time to bond together even in today’s busy
world of social media and constant connectivity.” Spending time together
as a unit is an important way to maintain healthy relationships and boost
positive interactions among family members”(pryor and Rodgers ,
2011).Thin can be family bonds can be strengthen even more stronger
when having dinner and celebrating a holiday or birthday dates
together.”This might able to reconnect with each other and share more
experiences together with family”..(Rupured and Quick
,1989).Moreover,limiting time with gadget is a good way to strengthen
the family bonds.Smart phones and laptops aren't bad, but how they
use them can become problematic if it's in excess..
Futhermore, cultivating the habit of tolerance is essential to develop a
happy family(Morrow , 1998).The value of tolerancy is very important in
strong families which teaches us the sense of forgive and forget among
family members. In other hand, appreciation for one another will help for
the family members to stay positive and provide willpower members of
strong families wil appreciate one another to motivate all
members”Family members should help each other during trouble
whenever” (Stinnett and DeFrain , 1985)

In addition, every family members should practise healthy

communication no matter what sadness comes.”Open lines of
communication is another way of strengthen their family
relationship”(Nelson,p.t, 2012).One should listen and respect when one
is talking.Listening skills which is giving full attention is very
important. We should think before speaking and use soft tone when
talking. As a result,it can decrease the chances that a fight will begin.

In a nutshell, a strong and happy family requires time for interaction and
tolerance among family members and healthy communication. Each and
every one in the family should think about importance of improving their
family life. The people that value the importance of improving their family
life will put hard work to make it done succesfully(Schwartz & scott ,
2007)
