I have recently done my study at University of 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. As an

English student majoring in English linguistics and literature, I wish to bring my
knowledge as well as my hard and soft skills in working in this company with all of
excitement and enthusiasm. Being active in school organizations and following a couple
of regional even national competitions has trained my communication skill and
accustomed myself to work in team as good as individual. My internship at ibis Hotel
Surabaya City Center as a phone operator has developed my crucial hotelier skill and
knowledge which underlies my competention for the position I am applying for.
