Upon the application of ANDREW KO YAN­SAU (NRIC No. S2666604Z) the Plaintiff in this action coming 
on for hearing this day AND UPON READING the Affidavits of Andrew Ko Yan­Sau filed herein on the 17 
March 2015, 8 September 2015 and 4 February 2016 and the Affidavits of Wang Yu Xin Mei filed herein on 
the 16 June 2015, 14 July 2015 and 13 October 2015 and upon hearing Counsel for the Plaintiff and the 
Counsel for the Defendant.

It is ordered that:

1) it is hereby declared that the Defendant is holding her share in the property at and known as 202 Upper 
East Coast Road #11­05 Eastern Lagoon II Singapore 455284 (hereinafter called “the Property”) on trust 
for Plaintiff;

2) The Defendant’s name shall be removed as co­owner of the Property;

3) The Registrar is hereby empowered to sign the necessary documents to effectuate the transfer of the 
Property including the option to purchase, sale and purchase agreement and/or instrument of transfer, if the 
Defendant fails and/or refuses to do so within fourteen (14) days of a written request;

4) That the Defendant do pay the Plaintiff costs fixed at $18,000.00 inclusive of disbursement;

5. That there be liberty to apply.
