I. Introduction
 
1. Title of the project: “Basic Programmable Logic Controller and
Electro-Pneumatics”
 
2. Rationale:
 
The training seminar will supplement additional knowledge and experiences in
relation with their subject taken in CPT 301 or the Basic Programmable Logic
Controller, ELX 107 and ELC 105 or the Basic Electro-pneumatic Controller, and
On-the-job training.
 
3. Objectives:
 
 
Computer Engineering Technology (CPET);
 
·       To equip the student with a knowledge of construction and
operation of PLC and be able to write and simulate simple control
systems.
 
              Electronics (ELX) and Electrical (ELC);
 
·       To provide the student with knowledge of electric components as
well as to develop an ability to read, design and construct simple electro-

5. Safety Measures Involved:
 
              5.1 Check the vehicle being used.
5.2 Two faculty member are assigned each vehicle to lead the group of
students.
 5.3 There is a proper training-shirt to be used during the training and it is
mandated to recognize a BIT-third year students.
5.4 All student are required to obey the policies stated by the speakers, and
it was guided by the instructor assigned.
