TECHNICAL ELECTIVES
• Integrated Electronics – Integrated device modeling, circuit simulation, physical layout, digital synthesis
• Semiconductor Materials and Devices (In prog.) – Semiconductor physics
• Analog VLSI Circuit Design (In prog.) – Analog IC design, op-amps, references, filters, data converters
• Microelectronics Fabrication (In prog.) – IC fabrication techniques, process integration, device testing
TECHNICAL PROJECTS
Analog Hardware Trojan | Final Project for Integrated Electronics | Fall 2017
• Designed an injection-locked ring oscillator and circuitry to trigger an alternate state of oscillation
• Used Cadence tools to create a schematic and physical layout, then attached the layout to a pad frame
• Compensated for parasitic capacitances, ran simulations to verify functionality, then prepared a report
and PowerPoint presentation detailing circuit design, operation, and simulation results
Optical Signaling Device | Final Project for Circuits & Systems | Spring 2017
• Designed and built a circuit that uses oscillators to generate a signal which is transmitted via IR LED
• Designed and built a circuit that receives the IR signal and uses active filters to identify its frequency
• Tested functionality and performed frequency analysis to ensure project specifications were met
SKILLS
Experience with Cadence schematic capture, layout, simulation, and logic synthesis tools, Verilog,
ModelSim, PSPICE, Multisim, Arduino and ARM microcontrollers, oscilloscopes, function generators,
soldering, MATLAB, Simulink, C, C++, Python, Microsoft Office products
