1. Define Workstation Ergonomics

A good workstation ergonomic arrangement will allow any computer user to work in a

neutral, relaxed, ideal typing posture that will minimize the risk of developing any injury. An

ideal keyboard arrangement is to place this on a height adjustable negative-tilt tray.

2. What are the components of ergonomic workstation set up?

Components of Ergonomic Workstation Setup:

 Good Posture

 Seating

 Desk

 Keyboard

 Mouse

 Equipment placement

 Adequate desk and under desk space

Incorporation of dynamic movement into work day / tasks
