I talked to her about the issues concerning her stay after the wedding and she assured me that she will stay
around since even her husband stays close.

We also discussed about a new teacher who is qualified and competent, she had to agree because even
now the children in Middle class now are not as good as they should have been. Tr. Sharon is finding a
very big challenge with them now because almost three quarters of the class can not write as well as they
should.

I also spoke to Tr Sharon about having another qualified Teacher, she agreed and she was like everything
starts from Baby Class and its right to get someone like that.

The other teacher we have, TR Esther she is more competent with Primary section and that’s the very
reason we had employed her but we ended up having just P.1 and now she is teaching with me Top Class
and P.1.

The main challenge is when and how to get this teacher

Meals

The purchase I made at the beginning of the term will be able to take us throughout the term, though we
may need buy more cooking oil, liquid soap, and charcoal. This will happen after the half term Holiday.

Mid-term Examinations

We are beginning our mid term exams next week 5th March to 10th March . These are going to be internal
examinations. (set by teachers)

Number of children

in baby class we have 8 children. Middle class 11children,Top class 4children and 2children in Year 1.

Half Term Holiday

After the mid term exams, we are to have a teacher parents meeting where the parents will come to
discuss the performance and progress of their children with the teachers. This will happen on 11th March
2018 and thereafter the half term holiday. 11th March to 19th March.
Cash /Bank balance

In the bank currently we have 2.2 million, cash 250,000/= and the unpaid school fees balances are 5.72
million,

Right now the pending bills are for Water 90,000/= and yaka 50,000/= and February Salaries amounting
to 1.45 million.

We have started making calls and sending text messages to demand for the school fees balance.

The cleaner and caretaker

We had agreed that the cleaner will stop this February but we still have a challenge of the Daycare
children especially Alinda who is cared for by her during working hours, and the boarding children.

This lady Ms. Betty cleans the classrooms, washes the boarding children’ clothes (4 kids) and also takes
care of Alinda and any other day care child who may come and also cleans the children (baby and Middle
class) who may spoil their clothes during lessons.
