This is to certify that Farmer Soledad C. Calma, of legal

age, married, Filipino, and a resident of San Rafael, Tarlac City, is
in possession, occupation, tillage and cultivation in the concept of
an owner of a parcel of land with an area of Two Thousand Nine
Hundred (2,900) square meters, more or less, situated in Brgy.
Buenavista, Tarlac City.

This further certifies that the said parcel of land is not

tenanted and that Mrs. Soledad C. Calma is the one who is in open,
continuous, exclusive, notorious and personal occupation, tillage
and cultivation of the said parcel of land.

This Certification is issued upon the request of Mrs. Soledad

C. Calma for whatever legal intents and purposes it may serve.
