At first the customer is asked to fill the form which is then

processed by the process (verification of details) which is

subdivided into two processes
a) form analyser
b)request categorization

( form analyser) the process form analyser processes the

form and then passes the data to the process (request
categorization).
Depending upon the nature of the data the process request
categorization passes the data to one of the three processes
i.e
1)other banking function
2) basic functions
3) transaction details

1) the process other banking functions is subdivided into four

sub processes
a)F.D
b)Loan
c)Draft
d)locker
the process employee processes the form and then passes
the data to one of the other four processes depending upon
the nature of the processes
a)f.d
if the form consists of the data related to the fixed deposit
the data is then passes to process fixed deposit . The process
fixed deposit is further divided into three sub processes the
process employee, the process verification and the process
create/break f.d
the process employee passes the data to the process
verification the process verification checks if the data is
genuine and then passes it to the process create/break f.d
the process create break f.d creates or break f.d and then
stores the data into the data base f.d.d the database f.d.d is
further connected to the process store to m.d which saves
the data into the main data base
b)loan
if the form consists of the data related to loan then the data
is passed to the process loan the process loan consists of the
process employee which passes it to the process sanction
loan which confirms the data and then saves it into the loan.
data base the data base loan data base is further connected
to the process store to the main data which saves he data to
the main database
c)draft
if the form consists of the data related to the bank draft the
data is then it is passed to the process bank draft the process
draft consists of the sub processes data verification and
create/cancellation the process data verification verifies the
data and then passes it to the process create /cancellation
which saves the data into the draft database after creation or
cancellation of the data. the draft data base is further
connected to the process save to the main data base which in
turn saves the data into the main database.
d) locker
if the form consists of the data related to the locker then the
data is passed to the process locker the process locker
further consists of the process locker distribution and the
process issued/close locker after the locker is issued the data
is stored in to the locker data base which is then connected
the process store to the main data base which in turn stores
the data into the main database.
2)basic functions
if the form consists of the data related to the creation or the
closing of the account the data is passed to the basic
functions process. The basic functions process is subdivided
into the three processes employee, create account and close
account if the data is about creation it is passed to the
process create account otherwise it is passed to the process
close account both of these process are attached to the mini
data base which in turn is connected to the processes admin
and stores to main data the process admin monitors the data
for any error or irregularities and the process store to the
main data stores the data into the main database.
3) transaction details
if the form consists of the data related to any kind of the
banking transactions it is passed to the process transaction
details. the process transaction details further consists of the
processes
a)deposit money
b) withdraw money
c) enquiry
if the data is related to the deposit of the money it is passed
to the process deposit money which in turn saves the new
account balance into the database customer mini database
which in turn is connected to the process store to main data
base which store the data into the main data base .
b) if the data is related to the withdrawal of cash from the
account it is passed to the process withdraw money the
process withdraw money stores the new account balance to
the mini data base customer mini database which in turn is
connected to the process store to the main data which stores
the data into the main data base .
c) if the data is related to the enquiry of the data it access the
customers mini data base and passes that to the user.
