Responsibilities
1. Ensure production dep partments hhave sufficieent time to manufactu ure and delivver on 
time accordding to the customer’s request. 
2. Manage customer ord der / scheduule requiremments. 
3. Pre‐plan prroduction and deploy aa daily priorritized workk schedule to the shop floor 
with appropriate time deadline taargets. 
4. Set, monitoor & review work load schedule 
5. Monitor & review prod duction proogress again nst deadline
e targets to ensure on ttime 
delivery 
6. Adjust the production schedule as required aand commu unicate any change to d delivery 
date with the customeer accordinggly. 
7. Monitor & review man nufacturing operationss to ensure correct quaality standarrds. 
8. Ensure thatt all production related
d activity is time and coost efficientt/ effective.. 
9. Ensure all p
plant and eqquipment iss maintained & repaire ed. 
Skills & Qualifications
1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering 
2. Should have prior experience in managing production process for a minimum of 10 
years 
3. Should possess good interpersonal skills 
4. Must be fluent in speaking Bengali and Hindi
