Agenda for Thursday, January 4, 2017


I. Call meeting to order.
II. Establish quorum to conduct business.
III. Approve minutes from previous meeting.
IV. Public Comment.
V. Reports.
a. President’s Report. (No more than five minutes.)
b. Vice President’s Report. (No more than five minutes.)
c. Secretary’s Report. (No more than five minutes.)
d. Treasurer’s Report. (No more than five minutes.)
VI. Old Business.
a. Second reading of draft policies. (Thirty minutes for discussion.)
b. Third reading of draft RVACG Constitution and Bylaws, 2018. (Thirty minutes for discussion.)
c. Consideration and approval of the “Build the Shed; Fill the Shed” Grant Budget as prepared by
the Treasurer, pursuant to a grant from the Greater Sauk County Community Foundation. (Ten
minutes for discussion.)
d. Consideration and approval of the FY 2018 General Operating Budget, as prepared by the
Treasurer. (Ten minutes for discussion.)
VII. New Business.
a. Discussion with Kris Stoddard, Executive Director of the Spring Green Area Chamber of
Commerce, on collaboration between our organizations. (Thirty minutes for discussion.)
b. Consideration and approval to confer onto Blair Anderson the title of Director Emeritus, in
recognition of his instrumentality in the incorporation of the RVACG. (Three minutes for
discussion.)
c. Consideration and approval to reappoint Doug Rouse as a Director of the Corporation, upon the
nomination of Noah McVay. (Three minutes for discussion.)
d. Discussion and possible action on content for 2018 annual lecture. (Twenty minutes for
discussion.)
VIII. Open Forum. (Ten minutes allotted for discussion if needed.)
IX. Adjourn until the next Board meeting, scheduled for Thursday, February 1, 2018, starting at 6:30
p.m., in the library at Spring Green Community Church.

This meeting of the Board of Directors will be held in the library at Spring Green Community Church,
151 E. Bossard Street, Spring Green, Wisconsin 53588. The meeting will be called to order at 6:30 p.m.
