 CREATIVE BRIEF

The objective was to create the branding of shorts.Branding involves creation of labels and tags so as to represent the
brands identity. The shorts cads and real sample was given to observe and were made for the spring sesaon.The branding
had to be done according to the colors and the kind of motifs which were present on the shorts. The shorts belong to the
brand DENIM&FLOWER which has a very premium taste. The brands direction is towards sophistication so these things were
kept in mind while doing the branding of the product so that the product marketablity is not hampered.There were a lot of

red,navy and white family which are actually peppy colors popular in usa and the next set of tags were grey that were having
cactus motifs and a whole set of solid grey family.The color of shorts were laid emphasis on so that there is no mix match
and a proper compatible marketing happens in the big stores of USA.

SPOT UV
EMBOSSING
Embossing refers to the creation of an impression of some kind of design, decoration, lettering or pattern
on another surface like paper, cloth, metal and even leather, to make a relief.
DEBOSSING
Debossing is the opposite of embossing. With debossing, the imprinted design causes depressions in the material
leaving a depressed (debossed) imprint of the image on the paper or cardstock.
SPOT UV
Spot UV (also referred to as Spot Gloss or Spot Varnish) printing isn’t actually a printing technique at all, but rather a method for coating printed products.
While Spot UV may sound futuristic, it is a relatively simple process. The “UV” portion of Spot UV printing involves using UV light for curing a varnish placed on the printed material.
