KSU Annual General Meeting 2018

Venue: Qormi Clay Shooting Club, Qormi Shooting Range, Sqaq iz-Ziemel, Tal-Handaq, Qormi

You are asked to be at the venue by 19.00

1) AGM starts at 19:30 should all 5 Committee members be present.

2) A 15 minute interval will be allowed should there not be a quorum, after which meeting will
commence regardless.
3) AGM to take approximately 90 minutes.
4) Snacks and finger food will be available, while drinks can be purchased from the bar.
