I am a highly skilled technical project manager. I am looking to grow within an environment

geared towards lean process management where there is a strong financial incentive for me
to push my prospective employer past its competitors.

My name is Valentino Valenti. I hold a BS in Chemistry from Wilkes University (1999). I have
been a Certified Hazardous Material Manager certificate holder since 2006 (#13298). . The
majority of my time has been spent as a senior level project manager/ program manager. My
specific job functions have been account management and overseeing programs within the
environmental sectors, industrial hygiene program management, chemical process
optimization, saftey and risk management as well as hazardous material program
management.

Within todays volatile and ever changing corporate business climates there is little margin for
error. I am interested in working within business cultures with programs that follow the Sigma
Lean Process principals. I have more than 6 years total directly working within GCMP, ISO
and Lean Process production/research/manufacturing cultures.

My attention to detail and in-depth understanding of changing environmental laws allowed me

to recently educate a client who was managing large amounts of hazardous waste. The
customer was not yet aware of recent changes in regulatory laws- effectively allowing them
to manage the material as universal waste. We worked together and within two weeks were
able to engineer a solution using the Lean Process and reduced $7500 operating expenditure
to just under $3200.

Lastly I have listed some of the specific environmental statures that I am able to work within.
RCRA, CERCLA, OSHA and DOT. I am certified in PCB handling practices, P2P programs,
NESHAPS, TSDF operations, LDR, Manifesting, HASPS, TCSA legislation, asbestos
management. Oil Standards, Universal waste standards , UST tank standards, NAAQS
standards, EPCRA planning, MSDS management, RQ spill reporting requirements TRI
inventory ( if applicable) as well as Tier I maximum daily inventories.
