Para definir el área de influencia del PIPED, hay que tener en cuenta
el conjunto de instituciones educativas, su ubicación geográfica y
política (región, provincia y distrito), asimismo, la instancia de gestión
educativa descentralizada a la cual pertenecen (DRE, UGEL).
