AMENDMENT TO IMPLMENTATION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT –

Infrastructure Development

This amendment is made and entered into this ______ day of __________________ 2018
at _____________________________________ Philippines, by and between the DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE, represented by DIRENGR. ROY M. ABAYA, CESO III, Project Director,
Project Support Office – Luzon A and the PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, represented by its
Governor JUNIE E. CUA;

WHEREAS, the provisions of Sections 3.02, 3.05 and 3.06 of the Implementation
Management Agreement states the following:

Sec 3.02 The Subproject cost for Civil Works under the Infrastructure Development
Component is estimated at PESOS ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE MILLION
THIRTY ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 155,031,000.00) the
breakdown of which is set forth in Schedule 3 (Estimated Subproject
Cost for the Civil Works).

Sec 3.05 The DA shall make available from the Loan Proceeds the amount of PESOS
ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FOUR MILLION TWENTY FOUR THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 124,024,800.00) and GOP
Counterpart Funds in the amount of PESOS FIFTEEN MILLION FIVE
HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php
15,503,100.00) as financial assistance to the PLGU in the form of Grant
subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

of Loan Proceeds, GOP Counterpart, LGU Equity and total subproject cost;

NOW THEREFORE the parties agree to amend the following Sections to read as
follows:
