 Piping Supervisor: McDermott International, Inc. --- DUBAI, UAE. (From January 2011
to till date.)

 Some of the responsibilities handled at ONSHORE & OFFSHORE.
 Maintaining the standards of safety and quality as per the company procedures.
 Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day fabrication and erection activities of the
project in terms of safety, Quality and in timely manner.
 Understand the scope of work and coordinates with the different disciplines in order to
mitigate the interference/clashes.
 Aware of the HSE & Quality procedure of various clients such as: Saudi Aramco, ADMA,
KJO.
 Preparing the TRA( task risk accessment) considering the Fabrication, Erection &

release of drawings and datas.
 Review the forecast plan and look ahead schedules and take necessary action to resolve

 Carrying out the HSE & Quality weekly walk through to make sure the standards are

 Planning the day to day activities as per the project milestone.
 Facilitate timely problem resolution with the construction crew.
 Preparation of red lines (mark-up) on drawings during construction and submitting to the
end user (proponent) for approval, prior to make the final as-built drawings.
 Preparation of field piping system test packages ,including system limit on P&ID and piping
Isometrics.
 Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic
tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.
 Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.
 Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and
that there is no prolongation of project.
 Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail
engineering requirements,
 Handling all piping technical queries and investigating all field pipe work related problems,
including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
