AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made by and between MRS. AIMEE M. LADAYO, of legal

age, Filipino, married and a resident of 3717-B Labiran St. Sta. Mesa Manila,
hereinafter referred to as the “FIRST PARTY”, and MR. JAMIL M. LADAYO, of
legal age, married to the former, and a resident of 2411 Esmeralda St. , Metro
Manila, hereinafter referred to as the “SECOND PARTY” of this Agreement.

WHEREAS

1. The parties are husband and wife, having been married on

______________________, in accordance with Muslim laws.
2. Since _________________________ the parties have been separated de facto.
3. During the period when the parties were living together, they acquired
Stall No. 093 at the Dagonoy Public Market.
4. Since the date of separation up to the present, the first party had taken full
responsibility for the operation and maintenance of the Stall.
5. The second party part now wishes to obtain his share in the Stall on the
basis of the existing marriage between him and the party of the first part.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, the parties hereby agree

that:

1. For the consideration of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 25,000.00), the
second party hereby waives all interest in the operation and maintenance
of Stall No. 093.
2. The first party shall give the amount upon the signing of this agreement
3. The second party covenants not to interfere with the party of the first part
with respect to the operation and maintenance of the stall, or any affair or
incident related or arising thereto.
4. The party of the second part considers the consideration of this
Agreement as the full extent of his participation and interest in the Stall as
well as in the income generated directly or indirectly therefrom.
