Glazing system
Dry glazing: on the outside a pre-laid tape, whose lip seal works with the internal glazing wedge to maintain
the seal of the glass rebate despite variations in wind pressure. Pre-laid tape sealed into the corners. There
are openings in the rebate floor to relieve steam pressure or to drain off condensation water. Combination
possibilities between different glazing bars and seals to accept glass thicknesses of 4-40 mm.
Closing edge protection:
In general, large section continuous EPDM hollow chamber profile.

Fittings
Door leaf from 3001 mm with 3 two-part zinc die-cast hinges, screwed to both the inside and outside of the
door, with plastic bushes and lubricator nipples. Traffic leaf with bolt lock to accept profile cylinder.
Aluminium door furniture with lever handle inside and outside. Profile cylinder to be fitted at the factory or on
site, flush on the outside. Cylinder length: 80.5 + 30.5 mm. Locking of other door leaves via espagnolette
bolts. Handle. Retention of the door
in the open position by door leaf clamps.

Wicket pass door

Built into the folding door leaf, opening inwards or outwards as required.

via GRP spacers (minimum spacing 18 mm) with 25% glass fibre content. Thermal insulation to DIN 4108.
K-value depending on version. Frame material group 2.1. Wall thickness of the extrusions: 2 mm.
Overall thickness: 60 mm.
Extrusion format:
Overall thickness and wall thickness adequately calculated to take the static and dynamic load in
accordance with the relevant guidelines. Extrusion grooves to accept the fittings, glazing bars and system-
formed connection profiles. Extrusion grooves to accept the seals and hold them securely in place.
