Shutter sections:
The rolling shutter curtain consists of double-skinned smooth aluminium extrusions with EPDM
sound-absorbing profiles between the individual sections. Cantilever galvanised side frames with
concealed energy chain, special section chain for non-contact rolling-up of the shutter sections,
an active roll-on system ensures precision guidance. Weight mechanism and spring
compensation, flexible sound-absorbing elements on the sections and plastic track rollers. Incl.
bottom and side seals.

Surface
Aluminium extrusions anodised to DIN 17611 and stained in a natural colour E6/EV1.

Operator:
Direct drive operator with integral TÜV-tested gearbox safety device. Emergency opening via
pull rope. Protection category IP55, motor output 1.1 kW, mains voltage 230 V, 50 Hz.

Control system
Automatic control with frequency inverter that guarantees constant monitoring of the acceleration
and braking phases, electronic setting of the end-of-travel positions, OPEN-STOP-CLOSE
membrane keypad, emergency-OFF button, integral time-lag relay for the automatic timer
(standard open phase 8 sec.), photocell on the side frames to monitor the traffic path. Shielded
control box (WxHxD)=400x50x210 mm, IP55, with lockable main switch.
