Keaton has such a wonderful, energetic personality and connected with the students from the moment he
arrived. He developed a genuine rapport with students, acknowledging them, making sure he knows their
name, asking how they are etc...

Knowledge developing as expected

Keaton demonstrates excellent work ethic skills, incorporates curriculum expectations, develops learning
goals and success criteria with the students. He asks thought provoking questions and uses personal
experiences when needed to relate to the students. He engages and motivates students in classroom
discussions.

Teaching Practice developing as expected

Keaton successfully implemented the classroom management routines and even developed his own effective
practices!

Professionalism developing as expected

Keaton is very professional, respectful and polite with staff and especially with students. He helps out with
volleyball early in the mornings and running club after school. He is always punctual and dependable! He is
always there to help out!!!!

Leadership and Community developing as expected

Myself and other staff in which he works with at times think very highly of him, and I quote from anorther
teacher, “He―s phenomenal― in which I agree!

Keaton really has a passion for teaching and this is evident throughout his daily work with staff and students.
