PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
SAUDI ARAMCO, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia 12/2011-10/2017
Project Manager |Project Interface Manager| Project Engineer
Strategized recovery plan to reduce a projected delay of 12 months to 4 months for the $460MM, 600km, 42”
NGL pipeline from Shedgum to Yanbu project by closely coordinating with main contractor, fabricator, key
stakeholders and other project interfaces.

Key Contributions
 Accelerated completion of FEED package for the construction of the Abqaiq to Yanbu pipeline tie-in, a 200
km, 52" heavy crude pipeline, three months ahead of schedule, reducing engineering costs and office space by
$150M; scope included construction of the pipeline to tie in existing pipeline as well as upgrading pumps at
existing tank farm, installation of new 1MM barrel storage tank, custody transfer metering, and new electrical
substation.
 Championed the use of project management tools (communication matrix, look ahead schedule, risk matrix
and issues log) to achieve schedule improvement of six months in the installation and commissioning of
equipment for Upgrading Security and Surveillance systems ($600MMD) throughout the country.
 Augmented, developed, and incorporated corporate initiatives into project specific plans to improve quality of
engineering design and promote development of Saudi Nationals as part of Saudi Aramco’s Accelerated
Transformation Program (ATP).
 Conceptualized detailed interface matrix tool and interface management plan which served to reduce re-work
by 15% and was applied for coordinating the work of multiple disciplines working on the USD1B King
Abdulaziz Sports City project in Jeddah, KSA.

Maintained a $ 200MM portfolio of domestic and international projects including the Dow Chemical facility chlorine
unit expansion project in Freeport, TX. Collaborated with main contractor during Detail Design to reduce the
construction schedule and project costs by modularizing controls systems for the expansion and modernization project
at Talara Refinery in Peru.

Executed the installation and commissioning phase of a $10MM turbine air cooling system for Duke Buck Station, a
new 620 MW facility in North Carolina. Drove on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality project. Spearheaded
development and implementation of project management procedures for project documentation, action items, cost
tracking, and reporting.
Key Contributions:
 Instrumental in preparing multimillion dollar proposals valued between USD75MM and USD100M.
 Assembled specific project execution plans, assessed and documented project risks, and led cost estimate
preparation for commercial proposals.
