JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF
BUNDANG REALONDA

I, BUNDANG REALONDA of legal age, married, and living at 521 T.

Innocencio St. Pasay City, defendant in this case, state under oath as
follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is Atty. Josefina Mercado with address at 2/F

CUP Building, Pasadena St., Pasay City. The examination is being held at
the same address. I am answering her questions fully conscious that I do so
under oath and may face criminal liability for false testimony and perjury.
 This affidavit/testimony of defendant is being offered to prove that the
respondent I and Arjay Realonda is indebted to plaintiff the sum of SIX
MILLION PESOS (PHP6,000,000.00) with 6% interest, Philippine Currency.
The defendant’s testimony is also offered to prove that the complaint is
unfounded suit and was partially paid.

1. Q. Please state your name and other personal circumstances for

the record.
A. I am BUNDANG REALONDA , 45 years old, married to Arjay
Realonda,businesswoman and residing in Innocencio St. Pasay City

2. Q. Are you the same Bundang Realonda, the defendant in this

case?

A. Yes ma’am.

3. Q. Do you know Zulit Corporation?

A: Yes ma’am. My Husband borrowed money from Zulit Corporation in

the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS (PHP6,000,000.00).

4. Q: When did Arjay Bundang borrowed money from Zulit Corporation?

A: November 2, 2017

5. Q: Do you have any proof that indeed your husbanda Arjay Bundang
borrowed money from Zulit Corporation?

A: Yes ma’am. They executed a document as Loan Agreement in the

presence of BYRON ANGELO BACUD, the Corporate Manager where we
had acknowledged our indebtedness and where we had promised to pay
the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS (PHP6,000,000.00) with 6% interest on
December 2, 2017,(Exhibit “A”)

6. Q: Did Arjay pay his indebtedness on December 2, 2017?

A: We only paid partially their obligation as they needed to use the money
to process our US Visas as I need to undergo a surgery.
7. Q: How did you settle this matter?

A: We approached GIE NIE the corporate treasurer paid the amount of

THREE MILLION PESOS (₱3,000,000.00) plus THREE HUNDRED SIXTY
THOUSAND (₱360,000.00) as interest, (Exhibit “B”)

8. Q: Did he accept your partial payment?

A: Yes, GIE NIE the corporate treasurer formally executed an

acknowledgement letter signed by me , my husband and Gie Nie.
9. Q: What did you do next?
A: We executed a promissory note to assured the plaintiff that the
remaining obligation in the amount of THREE MILLION PESOS
(P3,000,000.00) will be paid on June 2, 2018.

Bundang at my aforementioned office in Pasay City;

2. I have faithfully recorded or caused to be recorded the questions I

asked and the corresponding answer that the witness gave;

3. I nor any other person then present or assisting her coached the
witness regarding her answers;
