Detailed Lesson Plan in Grade 2 – P.E

Content Standards: Demonstrates understanding of participation and assessment of physical


activity and physical fitness.

Performance Standards: Participates and assess performance in physical activities.

I. Objectives:

At the end of the lesson, the pupils are able to:

1. give the importance of self-testing activities;


2. participate in self-testing activities through Chinese get-up; and
3. execute the value of being safe while performing an activity;

II. Subject Matter:

Topic: Chinese get-up

Materials: Marker, ICT and Manila Paper

Time Allotment: 60 minute

III. Learning Activities:
