The Parties above-named state that they have amicably settled the

issues arising out of the above Complaint out of Court by signing a

Settlement dated 16.01.2018. The original copy of the Settlement

is annexed herewith, which has been forwarded to the Board, i.e.,

the Respondent No.5.

The Parties therefore pray that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be

pleased to dispose of the above Complaint as settled between the

Parties. The Parties pray that Order may kindly be passed

accordingly.
