ENGINEER – DESIGN Since, Sep-2016


❖ Preparation of General Arrangement (GA) and Manufacturing Drawings for
Process Equipment’s such as Detritor, Thickener, Clarifier, Clariflocculator, Flash
Mixer etc., for WTP Plants using AutoCAD and Creo.
ROLES &
RESPONSIBILITES ❖ Preparation of Cutting Plan and Product Development Drawing for
fabrication.

❖ Extract a Bill of Materials (BOM) from 2D drawing using Excel.

 ❖ Procurement of All equipment and items required for the projects.
❖ Prepare and update Material List (ML) register for purchase requirement. 
❖ Preparation and release of Equipment Datasheets & Technical Calculations.
❖ Preparation and release of Operation & Instruction Manual of Process
 Equipment’s for Erection and Maintenance purpose.

❖ Maintain records of design process in accordance with sound design practices and
ISO requirements.
❖ Interact with client, as necessary to obtain critical design information necessary to
complete project within intended time frame.
❖ Acquisition of feedback from site operators and compilation of AS BUILT
drawing for effective functioning of the treatment plants.

❖ Visit the Shop to check & correct the dimensions in drawing (As-Built Drawing).
