Managing the Compensation & Benefits processes based on the yearly cycle.

Generation of 3 party reports and reconciliation.
Good understanding of Organisational Management, worked on PPOSE and PPOME.
Generating the monthly payroll reports from SAP (wage type statements) related to employee Benefit options and
contributions, reconciliation of the contribution amounts, New Hire report, Leaver report, Movement analysis report (FTE
reporting), Pensions, different type of leaves (Maternity, Sickness, etc).
Responsible for wage type report validation via SAP system on month to month basis.
Handling employees’ queries related to Tax, Payslips, benefits, pensions, policies, etc over phone and emails.
Managing escalations and providing the root cause of the issue to the client on case to case basis.
Resolving the technical issues for the employees on the web based portal (Employee Self Services) via screen sharing.
Working on Compensation Tool, updating and extracting the data from the tool as a part of Annual Compensation Review process
(budget & merit increase).
Manual calculation of Compensation for an individual based on personal and financial performance (new salary & company bonus).
Good understanding of entire UK payroll policies related to Pensions, Tax (P45, P60, P11D, and Statement of Earnings).
Regular Interaction with the client to resolve the employee issues and introduction of new policies.
Meeting the pre-defined SLA’s of the client and achieving the task before the deadlines.
Quality check of input processed in the payroll system to maintain 100% accuracy.
Handling the Annual Enrolment (Open enrolment) & Winter Flex Enrolment independently.
Testing of the client tools (UAT) and raising defects to fix any issues.
Working closely with the different Payroll and Benefits vendors on employee issue.
