PLANNING SUBMITTAL:
MINOR MODIFICATION
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This Minor Modifications for the Steamboat Ski Resort Corporation includes a BBQ Building
Relocation and Expansion and the Gondola Plaza Deck Addition. The existing BBQ Building that
sits east of the Sheraton’s Bear River Building is to be removed. This existing BBQ is being MEM SUBMITTAL X/XX/XX
removed as well as the existing Umbrella Bar located just east of the BBQ. The function of the
BBQ and Bar will be combined in a new building to be located just north of the existing Umbrella NOTICE: DUTY OF COOPERATION
Bar. The second portion of this project includes the addition of a deck off of Gondola Plaza Release of these plans contemplates further cooperation
