Acquires Pleasant Valley Business Solutions (PVBS)

Management today announced the acquisition of privately held PVBS, a Microsoft ERP and financial
management solution provider based out of Reston Virginia.

PVBS is recognized as the premier and leading Microsoft ERP partner for government contractors. PVBS
helps clients support the requirements of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) while giving them
access to information that will help them optimize contract utilization. The transaction was facilitated by
