For each region ,we should define like this:

E.g： SSV Report Logs-XXXX-UMTS

2).How to fill the sheet of "1. Parameters Checklist"

1.Antenna High:Fill the approximate antenna high bound,allow the error of +-2.5m.( Such as 40m~45m);

2.Antenna Direction:Fill the approximate antenna direction bound,allow the error of +-5 degree.( Such as if the design value is 120
degree, 115~125 degree can pass);

3.Antenna Downtilt:Fill the approximate antenna downtilt bound,allow the error of +-1 degree.

3).How to define the Legend of DT?
