I would like to express my deepest appreciation to all those who provided me the possibility to
complete this report. A special gratitude I give to our final year project manager, Miss Zahra Mir,

ABSTRACT

According to various reports on tourism development an important role is being played by Pakistan
in hospitality and tourism in Asia. In order to increase the pace of development through tourism
and hospitality and to promote the expansion of universal studios in Pakistan, this case study has
been carried out. The following research discusses and explain the impact of bringing universal
studios to Pakistan, with regards to tourism and hospitality industry. The research is divided into
five sections. Firstly discussed are the dimensions of the world wide tourism and hospitality
industry. Secondly, the subsectors that exist within the tourism and hospitality industry are
explained. Thirdly, the factors that effect in industry in any way are researched upon. Furthermore,
the development and expansion of international tourism and global hospitality brands and brands
names are explained. Lastly the conclusion through research describes that Pakistan will gain ideal
location for universal studios.
