PROCEEDINGS

Sentencing Hearing - Held. The defendant is committed to the custody of the


Bureau of Prisons for a term of 30 months as to count one and 30 months as to count
six with both counts to be served concurrently; 3 years supervised release with all the
standard and special conditions of supervised release as stated on the record. The
defendant shall pay a special assessment of $200, due immediately. The defendant
shall pay a fine in the amount of $1,397,061.59 commencing 60 days after release from
custody; fine shall be paid at no less than $10,000 a month.

The Court will make a recommendation to the Bureau of Prisons that the
defendant be housed at USP, Atwater.

The mandatory drug testing provision is waived.

The defendant shall self-surrender on 6/1/2018 to the facility if designated,


otherwise to the U.S. Marshal by noon.

The defendant is advised of his appellate rights.
