The evaluation of project - B.C.M.

E -

The key message - Our success in finilizing the whole project was predominantly depended
on how much effort we were willing and we were able to put into the planning, assessing,
processing, issuing and finishing our project and its evaluation.

Short introduction to evaluation – At the end of each session or discussion, we've often
talked about how successfull an each project has been. So, we did some small evaluations,
where we were conducting them according to the valuable statements. Certainly, we will do
the same thing for this finilize project, accompanying the guidance and steps of basic evaluation
of project.

Steps in evaluating a project B.C.M.E

1. Understanding what this project was trying to achieve

In front of us, as a task, a new problem always appeared which should be carefully tackled or
solved. In this kind of commencing of evaluation, the project was trying thoughtfully to
implement statements which are essential for its comprehension.

- Project always put health issues and problem was being successfully addressed.
- Ways how this project addressed issues or problems, whether it was by discussions between
student's solving approach or using the methods for its resolution.
- Defining the primary objective or purpose of this project is basic evaluation, which means that
it goes in a right path with clearly defined goal and comprehensive strategic objectives –
introducing and interacting the students to bravely assess the each issue, and to guide them to
the straight way to communicate and resolve problem.

Generally, what is the basic evaluation of this initial statement could be bring down into the
following objectives. Which gives the appointment of achieveness and project properties. So,
through the whole semester, BCME used the approaching method so called 'SMART'.
S - specific
M - measurable
A - achievable
R - relevant
T – time bound

2. Develop the evaluation plan

Depending on the nature of subject, this project can be evaluated into several aspects in
order to widen and clearly define the goal and its subject matter.
Process evaluations: assesing the processes involved in organising the groups of students
leading by the professor's instructions. The focus here is the evaluating of organizational
capabilities of students and their willingness to correctly approach toward each project rather
than achieving the goals such as results.

Impact evaluations: assesing the objectives of this project, which means that B.C.M.E put
fundamental as well as detailed objectives in creating more ideas toward larger goals. In this
kind of substep, it is considered the benefits that students gained in terms of their small
alteration toward beliefs, attitudes and skills.

Outcome evaluations: assess how effective we have been as studnets in meating big picture
goals of B.C.M.E. Hence, some difficulties has been obstacled us in associating with the
outcome evaluations. It includes:

- Attributing change to any one particular project

- Sometimes, long periods between the project and being able to see change
- Finding reliable and valid ways of gathering informations for some kind of projects

3. Benefits of evaluation and its valuable features

The last step in evaluating the B.CM.E project and its whole structure and characteristics
through this semester are its benefits and usable features. Whole its basic structure were
needed for student to get know and get better point of view in realizing the goals of B.C.M.E
project through the level of managing of their future jobs, career etc. So the last step actually
defines the basic statements that are obvisously describe form, value and benefits of B.C.M.E.

- Accountability – This evaluation can give a B.C.M.E feedback from side of students'
perceptions on whether B.C.M.E like a project in this case is achieving what is set out to
achieve from side of professor's planning and expectations.
- Improvement – This evaluation helped us to learn about the projects constraints and
fails:
 What worked in B.C.M.E. For example, we can evaluate and conclude that we as
students have been good organized in a way of professor's choice of estimations of
certain groups capabilities or permission of students' choice. We got feeling that we
behaved and acted like real managers or architects, depends on nature of project
issue, which gave us a certain dose of experience of some firm. What didn't in this
''story''? Maybe, our weakness not to recognize better insight in project's goal that
proffesor put his effort to present it to students.
Knowlegde - Lastly, evaluations contribute to our evidence base around what works till the last
lecture.
