5.1 Management commitment


 Do you regularly communicate the importance of meeting customer and regulatory
requirements? Yes.
 How do you ensure that the established quality objectives are being followed? Periodic
variance reports.
 Do you conduct monthly or yearly management reviews? If yes, what kind instruments/tools
do you use? Audit reports.
 How do you ensure the availability of resources to support the quality management system?
Follow thru from department heads.

5.2 Quality Focus

What is/are the company’s plan in ensuring the continuity of customer’s satisfaction? As
earlier mentioned, we constantly adhere to objectives for each fiscal year. And these are
periodically evaluated in terms of effectiveness in attainment of goals.

 Is your quality policy aligned to the purpose/objectives of the company to improve its
effectiveness? Yes.
 Are the quality guidelines being understood and followed by the organization? Yes.
Though in our industry, flexibility and adaptability is an advantage. So, we try to adapt and
implement as required.
 Is your quality policy disseminated throughout the organization? Yes.
 Does your company regularly review your quality policy? Yes.

5.4 Planning

5.4.1 Quality objectives

 How does the top management ensure that the quality objectives established at different
levels of the organization are measurable and consistent with the quality policy? Top
management employs a hands-on policy in attainment of goal. Goals are ensured to be
attainable and measureable with definite timelines.

5.4.2 Quality management system planning


 Does the quality management system help the company to meet the requirements needed,
as well as the quality objectives? It should, it makes the whole process futile if this is not
met.

5.5 Responsibility, authority and communication

5.5.1 Responsibility and authority


 Does the top management ensures that responsibilities and authorities are defined and
communicated within the organization? Each department is advised and informed of their
share in the attainment of the goal and success of the company.

5.5.3 Internal communication
 Does the company conduct an open seminar which discusses about the effectiveness of
quality management system? A planning and budget session with department heads before
the start of the fiscal year.

5.6 Management review

 How often do you conduct management review in relation to the quality management
system? Monthly, quarterly, and annually.

5.6.3 Review output

 How would you make sure that all the conducted management reviews are being gathered
and assessed? The variance report is sent directly to top management.
 Does the collected management review shows improvement of the effectiveness of the
quality management system and its processes? Yes.
 Does the collected management review shows improvement of product related to customer
requirements, and resource needs? Yes.
