Re:- seeking information in terms of citizen’s Right to Information Act,2005

1. The applicant seeks information of ethics/or and or Govt. permission of online Rummy
in India in view of the following:-
Facebook page of an online big brand of India lures Rs. 1000 bonus to those who
register for playing rummy online.

2. Information of the the name of rules/regulations that prohibit a (a)Govt and/or Public
servant (b) ordinary citizen of India from indulging in online games that involve winning
or losing money.
3. Information of permissibility/prohibition in law in respect of Indian registered
companie’s enourgement of crypto currencies in India.
e.g. one of the big brands, that is, ebay india ,merged by India's largest e-
commerce firm Flipkart encourages crypto currency on its twitter
page, lures reward of 3 dollar as per tweet of March 19,2018:-as

4. Information of cognizance, if any, of applicant’s attached e-mail in respect of
crypto currency lure communicated by e-mail to law enforcement agency CBI,
financial regulator RBI’s director general and chief vigilance officer respectively.as

Madam/Sir,

We are a nation where a few big brands are flouting the Rule of Law with impunity behind corporate
veil; being a prolific writer of RTI since 2006-07 initially my article on RTI was published by the New India
Assurance Co. Ltd in 2006-07 issue of their in-house magazine, viz; Darpan.

However, the CVO of the aforesaid insurance company issued a fake information to CVC to discredit me
a duly registered whistle blower with the CVC. **

Presently while posting on twitter for ebay.in helpline I was informed of a shocking news that the
ebay.in are promoting crypto currency on twitter.**

It is to my knowledge that banks have frozen account of cryptocurrency exchanges in India, while the
registrar of companies (ROC) stopped registering companies intending to act as such exchanges.

In view of the above you are requested to take cognizance in the matter, under intimation to me.
