Pile bore data for Pile No. 1 as per SIL/MM/BCISP/Form - 3 dated 20-07-08 is,
Socket Lenth = 9.40 - 6.91 = 2.49 m for Layer 2b.
Socket Lenth = 11.695 - 9.40 = 2.30 m for Layer 3.
Total socket length = 4.79 m

So pile capacity for Pile No. 1 is,

= (2.49 x 3.14 x200 ) + (2.30 x 3.14 x250 )
= 1564 + 1802 = 3365 kN
343 Tons > 334 Tons

So pile capacity for Pile No. 4 is,

= (6.20 x 3.14 x200 ) = 3894 kN

If fifth pile is made at pilecap center, friction capacity of all corner piles from one side will have to be reduced.
Distance of fifth pile from corner pile is 2.12m, thus reduction factor for affected side will be 2.12/3 = 0.70

Thus avg. reduction facor for friction capacity is(1 + 1 + 1+ 0.7)/4 = 0.925
Load carrying capcity for pile No.1 is minimum = 343 Tons
Maximum load on pile with 5 piles is = 272 Tons
Thus with reduction factor, Load carrying capacity of pile No. 1 is = 317 Tons > 272 Tons

Load carrying capcity for pile No. 5 = 343 0.7 = 240 Tons
With some end bearing capacity the load carrying capacity of fifth pile shall be OK.
Thus minimum pile length of fifth pile can aleast equal to that of pile P1.

NOTE: End Bearing is neglected conservatively.
