ATHLETICS (PE 1-4)

In these subjects, I can say that I take courage to learn more and show my hardwork in this type of
field. I also take a lot a lot of adjustments since it requires more of a physical approach.
I represented the school in the Regional Photo Essay Contest celebrating the Nutrition Month. I also
participated in the Division Nutrition Month Jingle Making Contest promoting the theme “Healthy Diet, Gawing
Habit for Life!” I am one of the official photographers in the Division “Hataw Zumba” and the Awarding
Ceremony held in Tinajeros National High School.
I stand as a dance instructor to my fellow students who have a hard time learning the dance steps, a
coach to my teammates during our team sports competition, a help to my colleagues who are late catching up
some lessons. I also extend my help to my teachers by making instructional videos that can be used for
learning different kinds of Philippine Folk Dances such as Polka sa Nayon, Tiklos and other folk dances. I also
made a video presentation about Pamilyang MakaWellness 2017 that is presented in the Division which end
up being the Champion in Wellness Campus 2017. In addition, I voluntarily set up sports equipment and
playing a referee in games when needed during our PE.
I am a former Volleyball Captain from Junior High School and a trainee in the earlier months of Senior
High School. Though I’m not able to compete in the Division Palaro I was able to show my support to the team
by being a photographer taking documentation of the team fighting their way to victory. Their pictures have
been sent to the school paper adviser in English (Glitters) to be featured in the school newspaper.
ARTS
Arts is one of my greatest passion. Art helps me express myself and a way to share my talent with
other people. I am a Photographer, Charcoal Painting Artist, Colored Pencil Artist, Polyvector Artist and
a Visual Graphic Artist. I also compete in Jingle Making Contest and performs by singing in different
school events.
It’s not easy during my earlier milestones learning photography since I don’t have my own camera and
equipment are expensive but with the unwavering help of my Animator Teacher, Mr. Andres Bonifacio, we are
able to achieve the greatest award I’ve been received in my entire high school life. I won in I live by the Sea
International Photo Youth Contest held in New York. My photo has been exhibited in some parts of USA
and been posted until now in an organizational museum with the other winner’s photo.
I also use my skill in providing my school documentations in different sort of important events including
competitions, awarding and other events that needs good coverage for formal presentations. Aside from it, I
also encourage my fellow students to be engaged in this type of art by teaching them that what principles I
already know and the opportunities that are present when you master this type of skill.

I make “Charcoal Drawing/Painting”, the oldest form of visual art in the world. I don’t have any formal
education about this type of art but my initiative and perseverance to learn clears out hindrances to learn. My
works has been showcased to the National Festival of Talents 2018 “Bazaar Pambansa 2018, and Division
Technolympics 2017. I’ve been featured with my fellow exhibitors in the DepEd NCR twitter account. Since my
craft is about portrait, some of my works are the vital people behind education, one is DepEd Secretary
Briones, and (my work has been given to her assistant after her speech in the NFOT 2018.) another is Former
Superintendent of Malabon, Mrs.Jen B. Corpuz, and our beloved principal Mrs. Lolita L. Acuna and many more
Charcoal Painting is a marketable product that’s why I able to provide myself and my family a financial
help though a little way. In a cheaper price, I am capable of making quality portraits which really satisfies my
customer’s demand. I save a big portion my money for my enrollment in college since we are not financially
stable in our case.

Colored Pencil Drawing and PolyVector Art are also my craft besides charcoal painting, they’re also
included in some of my exhibits and sold to customers. This type of art attracts teenagers most so I share my
knowledge to other young people like me in our school who are willing to learn to make PolyVector Art.

During our immersion period, I am assigned as a graphic artist in Data Science and Technology
Corporation which is known for handling National Robotics Competition in the Philippines and of World Robot
Games that is held internationally. I make their game icons and banners which is used in their website and
print designs, certificates, trophy designs, souvenir items, organizer and participant t-shirts, backdrop and
poster designs. They have been used in the last National Robotics Competition 2018 and will be used again for
the World Robot Games 2018.
As a part of my passion, performing arts and music is also my favorite since then. I use to sing in different
school programs and events. I also play as a director whenever there are Speech Choir or Stage Play. We
compete in the Brigada Jingle Making Contest and won in the 3rd place and participated in the NutriJingle
Making Contest 2017.

To be able to extend my passion towards the community I joined GUHIT PINAS Malabon Chapter, a group
where artists from Malabon unites to create amazing artworks, share their knowledge about their crafts,
inspires other young artist to pursue their passion and dream with arts.

I was awarded as Best in Contemporary Philippine Arts from the Region for the 1st and 2nd Quarter.
